The Seasons I. Illustration Friday. Ok...this is one I did before I thought of Tax and Shopping (Scroll down to see them). I just didn't want to send it in because I knew the "quadrant theme" would be done a lot.

ARTyFacts! A lot of art...a few interesting facts. Updated weekly.

Your works are cute! But your pictrures are too dark to appreciate them
Digital Camera tips:
Stop using flash;
Set your camera on a tripod and frame your work (compose it in the viewer). Set the "White Balance" to the type of light that is hitting the art (window? use sun or cloudy; light bulbs? set it to tungsten or the little bulb icon)
Set your ISO to 100 or 200
Set the Timer on (10 seconds or 3, if you can)
Click the shutter to start the timer and back away.
Your camera will "stay open" long enough to get a good exposure in just about any light, and you won't need to use flash. If the picture comes out dark or light, use the +/- exposure compensation built in to your camera to lighten or darken as needed
